C2A needed a wash area it could set up, pack away and move between vehicle-cleaning jobs while collecting the wash water.
A portable wash mat with water recovery
C2A partnered with Trade Wash to purchase a portable vehicle wash bay. The setup used a 6 m × 4 m foam-edged mat and an automatic 12V recovery pump, with collected wash water transferred to a portable 1,000 L IBC.
Putting the bay to work
During the May 2025 Greensborough trial, the team assessed setup and pack-down, vehicle movements, working space and the washing process. Epping was also identified for trial work.
Planning a wash bay for your fleet
Tell us your vehicle dimensions, available working area and how often the bay needs to move. We can help select the mat, access and recovery equipment for your operation.
Share what you’re washing, the site location and the water-management requirements you know. We’ll help work through the configuration and the information needed for a clear equipment quote.
