Self-install friendly

 What you provide

You provide the water supply, a suitable power source for the recovery pump and wastewater storage. We do not supply a power source. Pillow bladder tanks are available as an option.

 Delivered to your site

Freight is quoted for your location. We can arrange delivery to most locations across Australia, including construction and project sites. You install the system.

Washdown on a project site

Give trucks and utes a defined wash area as the project moves through each stage. The 10 m × 4 m mat comes with two sets of HD ramps for drive-through access, wheel tracks, a recovery pump and hose kit, plus a pressure washer and truck wash.

Choose the setup before the bay arrives

  • Vehicles: tell us which trucks and utes will use the bay so we can confirm the package for your application.
  • Site position: allow room for entry, exit and safe movement around the vehicle.
  • Water recovery: plan where collected wash water will be transferred. Pillow bladder storage tanks can be quoted if needed.
  • Delivery: provide the site address and access details so freight can be costed for the job.

Which vehicles is this package intended for?

This package is a starting setup for construction-site trucks and utes. Tell us what you wash, the vehicle dimensions and available wash area so we can confirm the configuration.

Are the pressure washer and drive-through ramps included?

Yes. The package includes a pressure washer, premium truck wash and two HD ramp sets: four ramps for drive-through access. The mat is 10 m × 4 m with 20 m of HD wheel tracks.

How is this different from the heavy vehicle biosecurity package?

The construction package does not include the two weed-and-seed filter bags supplied with the biosecurity package. If your job requires weed-and-seed clean-down, discuss the heavy vehicle biosecurity package with us.
