Access, protection, containment and overspray-control components are selected around the wash bay dimensions, vehicle loads, wheel path and operating frequency. The transfer pump is supplied with a new portable wash bay and is not treated as an optional accessory here.

Light-duty wash bay ramps
Heavy-duty aluminium entry and exit ramps designed to provide vehicle access across the 100mm wash-mat edge. Suitability must be confirmed against vehicle, wheel or axle loads and crossing frequency.

Heavy-duty wash bay ramps
100mm-high aluminium access ramps with internal gussets for strength, suited to cars and appropriate light vehicles.

WASH MAT PROTECTION
Heavy-duty wheel tracks
Drive-over tracks made from industrial conveyor-belt material to protect high-traffic wheel paths across the PVC wash mat.

OVERSPRAY CONTROL
Spray curtains and support posts
Reinforced spray curtains used with support posts to define the wash area and reduce side spray.

Replacement wash mats
Replacement and custom-sized containment mats for existing portable vehicle and machinery wash bay installations.

Light-duty and heavy-duty wash bay components are not interchangeable
Access and protection components must be matched to the actual vehicle duty. Wheel loads, tyre position, crossing frequency and approach conditions determine which ramps and wheel tracks are suitable.
